Delete Your Account
You can request deletion of your Hocus Pocus account and associated personal data at any time.
How to submit a request
- Send an email from the address connected to your Hocus Pocus account.
- Use the subject line: Hocus Pocus Account Deletion Request.
- Include your registered email address or username so we can locate the correct account.
- Send the request to business@experlize.net.
What will be deleted
After verifying the request, we will delete or anonymize the account profile and eligible personal information associated with the account, including user-submitted content and support data, unless retention is required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, legal compliance or dispute resolution.
What may be retained
Limited records may be retained where required by law or necessary to demonstrate purchases, prevent abuse, protect the service or resolve disputes. Data retained for these purposes will not be used for unrelated marketing.
Processing time
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. We may contact you if additional information is required to confirm account ownership.
